1. Detailed Staging Report on what to do in each room (with images and/or layouts).
2. Suggested Shopping List for additional items to purchase to update a home for maximum, staging impact.
(> 3000 sq/ft) There will be a $25 surcharge for every additional 500 sq/ft

For larger homes that need more than a few hours of attention, this is the right fit. I'll work through the entire home — room by room — to make sure every space is ready to impress.

each additional hour reverts to $100 hourly rate, home must be cleaned and ready for stager
